Terms & Conditions

Team entries are allowed. Teams will submit one entry form with all participants names included and only one design can be submitted. Same prize will be rewarded if a team is selected as a winner. (i.e. Livingston & Haven will only build the winning design one time)

A panel of independent judges chosen by Livingston & Haven shall select winners with sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by Livingston & Haven are final.

Winners will be notified via email no later than April 30, 2013. Winners must respond to Livingston & Haven within one week of receiving notice. Winning designs will also be announced via Livingston & Haven website and social media channels.

Entry into the competition constitutes permission to use the entrant’s design and his, her, or its name, likeness, and affiliation for promotional purposes without further compensation.

All entries received shall become the sole and exclusive property of Livingston & Haven.

Any person entering on behalf of a company, firm, or organizational entity represents and warrants that he or she has authority to enter the competition on the company’s behalf and bind the company to any and all competition rules. All entrants agree to be bound by any and all additional rules established by Livingston & Haven, which may be modified by Livingston & Haven at anytime by posting an updated version to this webpage.

By submitting an entry to the competition you represent and warrant that your design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the design to Livingston & Haven free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You agree to hold Livingston & Haven and it officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns harmless from and against – and hereby waive any right to pursue – any claims of any nature arising in connection with Livingston & Haven’s use of the design submitted and used in any manner in Livingston & Haven’s sole discretion.

This competition is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America (excluding any rules governing choice of laws) and any legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement will occur in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
